According to Chioma, “Actor Leo Mezie is dead. He died on Saturday in Abuja while recovering from a kidney transplant. His corpse has been moved to Umuahia his hometown. RIP Leo,” Chioma Toplis posted.
It was gathered that the Nollywood actor Leonard Chimezie Onyemachi has been battling kidney disease since he was diagnosed with it in the year 2016.
However, he had another kidney transplant in 2020, though the kidney transplant wasn’t accurate as he had to do another one last week, but started to formulate complications.
